1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Wreemongar Music (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on Wreemongar Music for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modifying or copying the materials
• Using the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
• Attempting to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the Service
• Removing any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
• Transferring the materials to another person or "mirroring" the materials on any other server
• Uploading content you do not have the right to share

3. User Accounts

When you create an account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account information. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Artist Content & Ownership

You retain full ownership of all music, artwork, and content you submit to Wreemongar Music. By submitting content, you grant Wreemongar Music the limited right to:

• Store your content on secure servers
• Display your content and metadata in your artist profile
• Provide release preparation support and guidance
• Use metadata for reporting and analytics purposes
• Support future distribution services as they become available

You represent and warrant that you own or have legally obtained all necessary rights to submit all content you provide to Wreemongar Music. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have secured all necessary clearances, licenses, and permissions. You remain the copyright owner of all submissions.

5. Beta Platform Participation & Current Offerings

Wreemongar Music is currently in beta and offers free artist submission as our founding artist program. Current offerings include:

• Free artist submission and profile management
• Release preparation support and guidance
• Educational resources on music rights and distribution
• AI-powered tools for artist support

If paid services are introduced in the future, you will receive advance notice and a clear opportunity to understand terms before any charges are applied. Please see our Refund Policy for information about any future paid services.

6. Future Distribution & Royalty Services

Wreemongar Music is currently developing distribution and royalty services for future release. These services are not yet available and remain under development. When such services become available:

• Separate, specific terms governing distribution and royalty payments will be published
• You will receive advance notice before any new services launch
• You will have the opportunity to review new terms and conditions before using any paid services
• Clear documentation about payout schedules, thresholds, and payment methods will be provided when services launch

For now, Wreemongar Music focuses on release preparation support and artist education to help you succeed when these services become available.

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful or prohibited purposes, including but not limited to:

• Submitting copyrighted content without proper authorization or licensing
• Submitting content that infringes on third-party intellectual property rights
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks
• Disrupting or interfering with the operation of our Service
• Engaging in fraudulent activity or misrepresenting your identity
• Harassment, abuse, or threats toward other users or staff
• Using the Service to promote illegal activities or violence
• Attempting to circumvent or disable security measures

8. Beta Platform & Founding Artist Program

Wreemongar Music is in beta, and you are participating as a founding artist. As a beta user, you acknowledge that:

• Platform features are evolving based on artist feedback
• Features may be refined, added, or modified as we improve
• Your feedback helps shape the future of Wreemongar Music
• We are committed to continuous improvement and reliability
• Changes to features or services will be communicated transparently

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The materials on Wreemongar Music are provided on an 'as is' basis. Wreemongar Music makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

10. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Wreemongar Music or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Wreemongar Music, even if Wreemongar Music or a Wreemongar Music authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

11. Accuracy of Materials

The materials appearing on Wreemongar Music could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Wreemongar Music does not warrant that any of the materials on the Service are accurate, complete, or current. Wreemongar Music may make changes to the materials contained on the Service at any time without notice.

Wreemongar Music has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its website and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by Wreemongar Music of the site. Use of any such linked website is at the user's own risk.

13. Modifications

Wreemongar Music may revise these terms of service for the Service at any time. We will communicate significant changes to you in advance. By using this Service you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions and any separate agreements we provide to use for the Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Wreemongar Music operates, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
